Rowan and Danielle went to a women's cycling maintenance course today. They both really enjoyed it and came back knowing more than me, and with a bag full of goodies [pumps, repair kits etc]. It is all part of Cycling City York http://www.cyclingcityyork.org.uk/ which is government funded.
Meantime Dave and I did the 50 mile Knaresborough route and had a good ride.
