Xmas Trip 4

Christmas day we all went to Kari's father's house for a meal. 18 people there. I cooked a beetroot and potato recipe that I first did 8 years ago in Pennsylvania; inexplicably it proved very popular in the US so now every time I go over I have to cook it.
Rowan gave me a book on cooking with chilli's [very useful with my still prolific chili crop] and a brilliant mug disguised as a totally convincing SLR lens. She really loves to give good presents.
