Next on the list of places I had always wanted to see, was the Somerset Levels. Pre internet, it was hard to work out where they were exactly and how to experience them. No difficulty now: we had a great walk on a National Nature Reserve and saw Great Egrets, Cetti's Warblers and Marsh Harriers.
