The Sustrans route through Sheffield is the usual mix of reclaimed industrial wasteland, parks, woodland etc. It makes for a good ride; the only disconcerting aspect was that some of the industry is a] still there, b] heavy rather than light c] in action with steam and crashes emerging from huge sheds.
