Uganda

Last week Rowan's school were visited by a choir from a number of schools in Uganda, the Pearl of Africa choirhttp://www.pearlofafrica.org.uk/. During the day they ran workshops on singing, dancing and drumming, then in the evening there was a performance that parents were invited to. It was primarily the choir themselves with some numbers featuring the pupils [including Rowan]. It was a really uplifting evening with a packed out and very enthusiastic audience.
