Campiones!

Rowan and I got to see Danielle row in competition for the first time yesterday. Sipping our free champagne we saw her eight win their first race when the Bad Girls of St Peters tangled oars with City of York, and managed to tip the girl in front of Danielle into the river; they were disqualified.
The final was against York University who looked fearsome in their race against Leeds. To everyone's delight [and a bit of surprise] they won! Here they are as they close in on victory.
