Rowan has now moved up to the Bronze squad of her swimming club - the York City Bath Club, with her friend Gaby. She seems to really enjoy it [as it is three times a week, I was half-hoping she wouldn't] The photo is from Easby Abbey, obviously we were failing to obey the sign.
