Danielle was busy yesterday at a Betty's Cookery Course with friend Helen. She came back bearing gifts of apple cake and risotto that she had made - very impressive.
Rowan and I went to watch the cycling at the Manchester Velodrome. Great fun as ever, with Bradley Wiggins being a real crowd-pleaser.
