One of my meetings in London was in Redbridge near to the fantastic Newbury Park tube station - a modernist classic.
Today I went a ride with friend Robert in the Wolds. We discovered a biker's cafe which was great http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1025479 . Then my route happened to pass a friend of Robert's house. Sean gave us a cup of tea and a look around his walled vegetable garden. Good day.
