Each year book group has a Xmas party. It started off as pretty low key, with a game of Ex-Libris. This year though, we had a bring & share meal, plenty of wine and a "life in 5 year slices with photos" event. Fascinating lives were revealed.We also chose our favorite book from the 6 or 7 years of the group; and our least favorite. William Boyd - Restless [the good] and Niccolo Ammaniti - Steal You Away [the,very, bad]. Great evening.
