Danielle did some baking with Liam: it worked a treat, he was happy and the cookies were eatable.
New Years Eve we went out early for a meal with John and Heather at Caesar's Italian restaurant in town. Danielle and I then nipped out to our new neighbours who were having a New Years Eve party. Good people with some interesting friends. One woman turned out to be a lute player, who knew Jacob [our lute playing friend from Richmond] - usual small world realities.
