We went to the oldest Vegetarian Restaurant in Europe in Zurich - Hiltl.
http://www.hiltl.ch/ The food was absolutely fantastic, I had vegetarian steak tatar [much better than it sounds] and Danielle had crispy tofu salad to start. Then we both had mushroom stroganoff with rosti. It cost an arm, a leg, and the other arm but it was worth it.
