Elderflowers

The more I walk in these wonderful woods, the more it seems to me they must have inspired cathedral builders of long ago. The sense of space and geometry is amazing in both.
Meantime I have made some elderflower cordial for the first time in a good few years. I first made it when I was in Oxford 40 years ago. This time I showed a neighbour's young children how it is done, and hopefully they'll get the chance to make some.
