Virtual Triathlon

We had a family virtual triathlon yesterday. Rowan was away in Leigh running for York in a road-racing relay. I went a ride in beautiful, if cold, sunshine to the Wolds. Danielle was part of the York Blind & Partially Sighted Society team in the York Dragon Boat Race http://www.yorkrotary.co.uk/#/dragon-boat-challenge/4543397659 Their team was called Blind Ambition. We all came back home for tea.
