It has been a good summer for butterflies on the moor so far. Plenty of Speckled Woods and Meadow Browns. I saw this Painted Lady last week having a rest in the sun.
Ro and Pete returned from their walk on the Cleveland Way yesterday and took Mother back home. It has been good seeing them all.
I was due to be in Scotland walking with Eddy this weekend for his 50th, but with Royce's situation declining fast I needed to stay home with Danielle.
