Friday Rowan and I went with her friend Frances and her dad Paul to the Velodrome in Manchester. It was a round of the track cycling world cup, and another great day. We saw Chris Hoy and Victoria Pendleton win, and Geraint Thomas set a new world record in the pursuit. Brilliant.
