There comes a point when all parents get their style-sense criticised by their children. I remember telling my Mother, who was wearing a mac, that she looked like she came from Accrington. Sure enough Rowan saw my socks - "You can't wear those with those shorts. Ever." It is her job to make these comments, just as it is mine to ignore them.
