Rowan has been chosen for the Yorkshire Triathlon Academy
http://www.triathlon-academy.co.uk/ which is a great achievement. The program includes trips to the velodrome at Manchester, and a mountain bike weekend away. Here is a photo of her in tri action from warmer times back in the summer.
