It has been a good couple of days. Rowan has seen her friend Lucy, on holiday from Scotland, and Danielle and I have been busy in the garden. The herb spiral is being revived, and I feel better and better about the veg garden. Although the French Beans I planted out yesterday were howling in anguish today at the cold northerly wind that cropped up; I hope I have not killed them off.
