I met Rowan at Trenton station as planned, we then flew from Newark to Chicago where Danielle's friend Althea very kindly met us at the airport, drove us to our hotel and took us for a meal at an Italian steak house [veg friendly]. It was a great introduction to a city which looks amazing. We find out more tomorrow.
