Friend Robert was back from holiday in the states, so we got a short (very short) ride in last week. Saturday Danielle and I had to ourselves, and, given the horrible weather, it was a great day to stay at home for.

The photo is of a renovated panel that lists the rules and regulations relating to Beverley race-course. It needed the EU to get rid of this sort of over-bureaucratic red tape.
