Weekend 1

I had a great weekend in London, visiting Rowan. We did a lot, and I mean a lot, of walking around the city. I am really pleased that Rowan seems to enjoy exploring the great place that is London on foot. She showed me parts of Hackney I had never been to before, so it was educational as well as enjoyable.

This shot was taken in the Canonbury Tavern which used to be our local when I lived in Canonbury Place. To say it has changed would be an understatement; suffice to say that artisan sourdough did not used to be on the menu.
