In Spain we walked the Pilgrimage route to Santiago in reverse which meant we saw a stream of pilgrims coming towards us over the 3 weeks it took us to walk on the medieval track http://www.caminodesantiago.me.uk/ These three passed us on a hot arid plain wearing full habits and shades.
