Friend Paul works for Aviva in York, so he got Rowan and I together his daughter and Rowan's friend Francis, into the Athletics Meeting at Gateshead yesterday http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/athletics/8214231.stm
We had VIP tickets, a tour of the stadium, got to meet Iwan Thomas http://www.iwanthomas.co.uk/ and saw 30 of the medalists from the Berlin World Championships including Tyson Gay in the 100metres. A really good day. Rowan was in charge of the photos so I will post some in future posts.
