This afternoon someone from the Office of National Statistics came to interview us for a survey to bid for some Euro-dosh. He was entering the data directly to his laptop..........with two fingers. It took him ages. Why can't everyone type? It is the new writing. It is a bit daft being computer literate if you can't "write" properly. So why isn't typing taught at school? it is an essential skill. I have never heard anyone else point this out, am I being illogical about this or what?
