It's A Fiasco

When we were in Tuscany Rowan and Danielle went on a Tuscan cooking course. One of the things they learnt was how to cook black beans in a Fiasco [bottle this shaped, used to be thrown at bad performances of the Opera - hence the word it was a fiasco to describe a bad performance]. Anyway it worked and went well with the salmon and broccoli. Here is the Fiasco bubbling away.
