I am not getting into wildlife photography or anything - worry not. But the light on the water caught my eye as I walked round the old brick pond nearest to us. Known as the Railway Pond [it is near where old sidings used to be.] it has been renovated recently with a bid to oxygenate by cutting back the undergrowth and aerating the water. These Mallard seemed happy enough on it.
