Rowan and I went to the York Model Railway show which takes place at the racecourse. We cycled across Hob Moor on the cycle track, then spent a couple of hours looking at the layouts. They were very impressive, even if the event did have a bit of a hint of the day centre about it. We saw a couple of boys from Tregelles who had come with their dad on a tandem and trailer bike combination – made us feel quite normal. Rowan was keen to photo this set, as it was American, so she could show it to Danielle.
