Talking Book

I am part of a group of volunteers who read the Cycle Touring Club magazine onto tape for blind readers. So every couple of months I get told which articles to read, get out a mic, open Audacity and talk away. It is fun to do and seems to be well appreciated. It is pulled together by a tireless volunteer who deserves a knighthood but won't get one.

If the light is right even the brick terraces of Acomb take on a beauty of their own.
