I was in Manchester for a work conference. The office was in the regenerated quarter. From the window we could see the industrial past [the Liverpool - Manchester railway], the near past [the Hacienda was on the corner] and the present [the centre where Ed Milliband was elected Labour leader]. So it was a reminder of what a great city Manchester is. This is a hotel I think.
The Conference was good too.
