Retreating

I went to a very interesting talk by a friend, Chris, who is a psychiatrist at The Retreat http://www.retreat-hospital.org/pages/history.htm the Quaker mental hosptial in York. Then today I had a good day at work with a very vibrant Action Learning Set.
