Roland and I went to watch York City http://www.yorkcityfc.com/ play Burton Albion. It was my annual pilgrimage to see the lcoal side. They lost. They did not play well, although Andy Bishop their "star" striker still looked classy to me. Burton are player/managed by Nigel Clough, so there was the prospect of a former England player on the Kit Kat Stadium pitch, which would have been bizarre. Alas, he stayed on the bench.
