A beautiful day up here in Yorkshire. We set off early to get to Harlow Carr RHS garden. I had made a quiz for Rowan, which kept us all amused. Had a nice snack at Bettys. Then I cycled back on backroads via Knaresborough [impossibly picturesque] and met Danielle and Rowan at Danielle's gym where they were going swimming whilst I watched Preston v West Ham in the play off final from Cardiff. They lost. The bad.
We all got back home together [me on the bike, the girls in the car] then Rowan and I planted out some tomatoes, courgettes, and some radishes for her own garden.
A good long day
