It is half term this week. Today Rowan and I walked up Simon's Seat in the Yorkshire Dales. It is a good climb up through beautiful countryside. We saw Sand Martins nesting on the river banks http://www.rspb.org.uk/birds/guide/s/sandmartin/index.asp and Curlew on the moors http://www.rspb.org.uk/birds/guide/c/curlew/index.asp . The top is a rocky outcrop that Rowan scampered up, 485 metres high. A lovely day for a walk.
This evening we are off for another bash at "Finding A Voice" about moving to York, with JZ.
