One of the tracks from Derby was an instrumental that we named after the first word we saw as we walked the streets to the pub. Fiesta. I played it to a friend of mine, Evelyn who was a rapper. She wrote some lyrics for it, brought a friend along who was a singer, Cassie B, and we re-recorded it in a studio in Tottenham with Pagett at the controls. It took two days but we got a result that we were well pleased with. Pre-internet we sent it out to a few people, got no response and left it at that.
